This website is operated by EHNT Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17004508), registered address 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE.

EHNT Ltd is an independent company and a Shift4 partner. We help UK businesses assess their payment and POS setup and introduce them to Shift4 where it is a suitable fit.

Our relationship with Shift4

EHNT Ltd participates in the Shift4 partner programme. Where we refer a business to Shift4, we do so as a partner and may receive compensation from Shift4 for successful referrals. EHNT Ltd is not Shift4, and is not a bank, acquirer, or e-money institution.

Any agreement for payment, POS, or related services you enter into will be made directly between you and Shift4 (or the relevant Shift4 group company). EHNT Ltd is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for Shift4's services, pricing, terms, or performance. Shift4's own terms, policies, and regulatory disclosures apply to the services it provides.

EHNT Ltd introduces merchants to payment providers but does not itself provide regulated financial services.

Introductions and commissions

EHNT may receive introducer commission from selected payment, POS, ecommerce, website or business-service partners. Recommendations are based on the information you provide, your business needs, eligibility and the providers available to us. Any payment services agreement is entered into directly between the merchant and the relevant provider.

Where a selected partner other than Shift4 may be a better fit for your enquiry, EHNT will ask for your permission before sharing your details with that partner.

Some payment providers may offer working capital or cash advance options to eligible merchants. EHNT does not provide funding advice; any funding offer, eligibility assessment and agreement would be handled directly by the relevant provider.
