Who we are. EHNT Ltd (company number 17004508) is an independent merchant services business registered in England and Wales, working with hospitality and independent businesses across Sheffield, South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and the East Midlands — and remotely UK-wide.
What the partnership means. As a Shift4 partner, we assess whether Shift4's platform — payments, POS, loyalty, gift cards and online ordering on one system — is the right move for a business, and handle the introduction and setup when it is. Your agreement is made directly with Shift4; EHNT is not Shift4, a bank, or an acquirer.
Why work through a partner at all? Because a platform is only as good as its fit. A national sales line will quote you from a script. We look at your queue at 8:30am, your Friday night tabs, and the four vendors on your countertop — then tell you what is worth changing and what is not.
How we work
Review first, recommend second
We look at your actual bill, till and workflow before recommending anything. No quote-first, questions-later selling.
A straight answer, either way
If your current setup is right for how you trade, we tell you to keep it. A wrong-fit sale costs us more than it earns — you talk to other business owners.
Transparent about how we earn
The review is free. EHNT is paid by Shift4 as a partner when a business we introduce goes live — not by adding a margin to your rates.
Local and reachable
We visit in person across Sheffield, Derbyshire and the East Midlands, and stay reachable after go-live. No call-centre roulette to find us.
